ITAR Registered

Apex Precision Manufacturing is registered with the U.S. State Department under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This registration authorizes us to manufacture defense articles and provide defense services as defined by the U.S. Munitions List.

All employees with access to ITAR-controlled data receive regular training on compliance requirements. Our facilities maintain physical and cybersecurity controls that meet NIST SP 800-171 standards.
